Return
We suggest emailing to make sure your return is eligible for store credit before returning.
Please email info@sheilarenees.com. Make SUBJECT as RETURN APPROVAL.
Include ORDER NUMBER and ITEM NAME.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with tags attached.

Sheila Renee's reserves the right to refuse items that have been worn or damaged after shipping.

Shipping costs are not refundable and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Store Credit
We welcome all qualifying returns within 15 days from date of purchase for store credit/exchange only.
Store credits will never expire.
Gift Cards
No Refunds on gift cards.
Shipping
Orders shipped via USPS Priority delivery typically arrive in 2-3 business days for the United States.
